Conference on Sinkholes and Karst April 2020 in Puerto Rico.

The 16th Conference on Sinkholes and Karst will take place  April 20 – 24 ,   2020  ,   in  Puerto Rico. The conference is managed by the National Cave and Karst Research Institute, which will organise this meeting in Puerto Rico  Topics will  include:  Karst Development & Mapping, Pro-Active and Remedial Engineering in Karst Terrain, Karst Water Resource Management and more.  Optional Short Courses will be offered on April 21, 2020, and Field Trips on April 20 and 24, 2020. France HABE Prize 2017

The  France HABE Prize  is awarded by the  Department of Karst and the Cave Protection of the International Union of Speleology  (UIS).    Its purpose is to promote the protection of karst and caves for generations to come.
