Grottocenter faster

Vincent, who joined the development team a few weeks ago, has just modified the code of the two applications (Back-end which provides the data and Front-end which is the one you use) in order to optimize the data which are exchanged. The result is faster page display because less information is downloaded.

BBS: more than 200,000 documents are referenced

For several years Grottocenter has hosted the BBS, development work continues and today more than 200,000 documents about Karst are referenced

The Underground Heritage Library (Namur) under the ODbL license

As part of ongoing efforts to facilitate data exchange between documentation centers dealing with the underground world and karst, the Namur Underground Heritage Library has recently placed its database under the ODbL license. This allows for automatic data exchange with other libraries using the same license, particularly with BBS data accessible on Grottocenter.
